What and When

Which pack will I get when I join?

Join between the first and last day of the month, and you'll get the current pack shown on this page.

When will my pack ship?

Each pack ships around the 10th of the next month. New members get an extra Welcome Pack sent shortly after joining to help with the wait!

When do I make a payment?

Your first monthly payment is at sign-up for your upcoming mail pack. After that, your billing date will be the 15th of the next month. Each mail pack is paid for a month in advance.

Past Mail Packs

Can I get a mail pack from a past month?

Right now it isn't an option, but check back soon and past months will be available in limited quantities.

Changing my subscription

How do I update my address?

Log into your account and update your address by the end of the month. Otherwise it will ship to your old address.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

Yes, go to your account and you can make the change. Be sure to do so before the 15th of the month, otherwise a payment will be made for the next month.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, sign into your account before the 15th of the month. Otherwise you'll be billed for the next month and sent the new pack.

Shipping

Is there tracking?

Snail Mail is shipped with regular first class postage and keeps the costs affordable and fast. First class mail doesn't provide tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, no, but I hope to in the future. Please reach out or check back!

About Me

Hi, I’m Tara! The artist behind Glassafras.

I’ve been a technology teacher for more than 3 decades. Then ten years ago I started exploring creative things!

I tried painting, watercolor, pastels, stained glass, fused glass and plenty of experimenting. My current art style grew out of my love for stained glass: bold outlines, bright colors and simple shapes.

Glassafras became a way for me to turn that love of color and creativity into something I could share through the mail.

I believe grown-ups deserve stickers, little surprises, colorful envelopes and a bit of childhood magic!
